Area Coordinator – Nowshera Virkan (Gujranwala)

Description

  • Maintain and regularly update records of school inventories (in Hard and Soft formats) for area and share them with Data Supervisor and concerned staff at RO.
  • Ensure uploading of SIS and TIS data on excel and PEF website.
  • Updating, maintenance and processing of trackers, SSR and other administrative data.
  • Collect, compile and process all administrative demands or demands related data of area schools.
  • Assist AMs and principals in delivery of supplied and all other administrative issues related to schools.
  • Timely disbursement of cash i.e. petty cash, salary etc.
  • Supervision of construction work in school
  • Verify and reconcile school record with AO record
  • Preparation of budgets any required construction/repair and maintenance at school level.
  • Facilitate auditor in annual audit

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong awareness of TCF rules and regulations.
  • Should have a proactive approach to problems

Education

Bachelors

Experience

At least 3+ years of working experience preferably in Administration side.
