Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning selection procedures and developing strong talent pipelines for the organization’s hiring needs.
Recruitment:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment
- Create candidate persona for open positions, conduct initial screenings, interviews and refer qualified applicants to relevant departments for further interviews
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting) and determine useful applicant markets
- Manage recruitment database by documenting and presenting progress reports of recruiting campaigns
- Demonstrate a positive reflection of the organization
Pre-Selection Assessment:
- Facilitating in the design of assessments
- Participating in execution of Assessment Centers
- Ensure the provision of accurate statistics and records maintenance {AC candidates}
- Assist in preliminary interviews of potential candidates
Special Projects:
- Work with the line manager on project deliverables for key Talent Acquisition projects
Required Skills

Education
Bachelors in a relevant discipline
