Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning selection procedures and developing strong talent pipelines for the organization’s hiring needs.

Recruitment:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment
  • Create candidate persona for open positions, conduct initial screenings, interviews and refer qualified applicants to relevant departments for further interviews
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting) and determine useful applicant markets
  • Manage recruitment database by documenting and presenting progress reports of recruiting campaigns
  • Demonstrate a positive reflection of the organization

Pre-Selection Assessment:

  • Facilitating in the design of assessments
  • Participating in execution of Assessment Centers
  • Ensure the provision of accurate statistics and records maintenance {AC candidates}
  • Assist in preliminary interviews of potential candidates

Special Projects:

  • Work with the line manager on project deliverables for key Talent Acquisition projects

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in using MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of HR processes

  • Proven skills in social media channels like LinkedIn, Job boards & etc.

Education

Bachelors in a relevant discipline
