FSPD Officer will facilitate office processes and encourage more productivity by providing administrative and clerical support to FSPD department heads.
- Assist with communication needs across team to ensure flow of regular outcomes.
- Design and draft various office documents, including, manuals, memos, reports, and special correspondence
- Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute memos and reports and ensure that team members are kept current with department progress
- Arrange travel and accommodation plans and itineraries for management or executive staff
- Regularly follow up with teams to ensure decided team timelines are met.
- Assist the Human Resource department to post the job requirements. Coordinate the recruitment process till the time all the candidates have boarded their respective position.
- Collaborate with multiple departments on a range of projects related to the development of curriculum, student learning outcomes, testing and similar activities
- Conduct regular school visits for data collection, compilation and dissemination regarding effectiveness of FSPD activities
- Handle other administrative duties received from company executives or department heads
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in Urdu and English
- Ability to plan and organize activities within strict timelines
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders
- Expertise of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Comfortable with learning how to type in Urdu
