Officer – Formal Schools Programme Design (FSPD)

FSPD Officer will facilitate office processes and encourage more productivity by providing administrative and clerical support to FSPD department heads.

  • Assist with communication needs across team to ensure flow of regular outcomes.
  • Design and draft various office documents, including, manuals, memos, reports, and special correspondence
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute memos and reports and ensure that team members are kept current with department progress
  • Arrange travel and accommodation plans and itineraries for management or executive staff
  • Regularly follow up with teams to ensure decided team timelines are met.
  • Assist the Human Resource department to post the job requirements. Coordinate the recruitment process till the time all the candidates have boarded their respective position.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments on a range of projects related to the development of curriculum, student learning outcomes, testing and similar activities
  • Conduct regular school visits for data collection, compilation and dissemination regarding effectiveness of FSPD activities
  • Handle other administrative duties received from company executives or department heads

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills in Urdu and English
  • Ability to plan and organize activities within strict timelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders
  • Expertise of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Comfortable with learning how to type in Urdu

Education

Bachelor’s degree

Experience

Preferably 1+ years of experience
