The Programme Manager for the Dastak Teacher Training Programme will oversee the planning, implementation, and scaling of this initiative aimed at enhancing the skills of teachers from low-fee private schools. Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Development: Design and refine digital training modules and materials, ensuring alignment with best practices in online education.
  • Outreach and Recruitment: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, to attract participants and raise awareness about the programme.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators and conduct assessments to measure programme effectiveness and participant satisfaction.
