Assistant Manager – Finance

Description

  • Prepare donor reporting of schools (Income and Expenditure including variance analysis with comparative);
  • Check and prepare of school level Income and expenses data for allocation as per define matrix. Run allocation and perform post allocation results checking;
  • Quarterly inventory data collection from schools and areas, Inventory data cleaning and preparation of entries in ERP and Post allocation checking;
  • Development of Power BI dashboard.
  • Open/update customer, vendor, school and item in ERP.
  • Any task given by management.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of accounting and reporting
  • Command over Power BI is an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Willing to learn and adapt to the team’s needs and work on other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Education

Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Experience

Masters, ACCA or Part qualified ACA
