Assistant Manager – Volunteer Program

Description

  • Execute and manage volunteer programs like Rahbar and Summer Camp with a cohort of 8000+ volunteers annually across Pakistan.
  • Ensure year-round recruitment of volunteers and interns across Karachi.
  • Provide back-office logistical support, develop content for programs and strategize them periodically to reinforce program deliverables.
  • Liase with Operations Team and Regional teams for standardized and efficient program execution.
  • Manage Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts.
  • Create and implement Marketing plan for volunteer programs on different platforms.
  • Plan Outreach and Orientation sessions for volunteer programs.
  • Conduct impact assessment annually to analyze program’s effectiveness and obtain volunteer/ student/ faculty feedback.
  • Manage volunteers-related data for all programs

Required Skills

  • Result- oriented approach to work.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and Canva.
  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional data management skills – should be able to handle voluminous data.
  • Team Management; must be a people’s person.
  • Good analytical ability and organizational skills.
  • Verbal & written communication skills (Urdu & English.
  • Relationship management (Volunteers & Donors).
  • International exposure will be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelors in Social Sciences, BBA.

Experience

3 years.
